Exploring Country Roads

Gallagher Ridge is a fun little road to get off the beaten path without much risk. The trip is relatively easy, just a bit of mud and rock. While it doesn’t give much for those that really love to test their ability and vehicle, it does offer some great views and a chance to explore deeper into Monongalia County than the main roads provide. There isn’t a lot to say about the trail that I haven’t already said about other small trails in the area. There is a trail to south that connects. I hope to map it soon so stay tuned. To the north, just on the other side of Crossroads Road is Graveyard, which is a bit more challenging and gives this area a bit more to explore.
